Corporate donations have been vital in the success of Partnership for Children since the very early days. GlaxoSmithKline paid the research and development costs of Zippy’s Friends for many years, as part of its commitment to help people to ‘do more, feel better and live longer’ and HSBC funded the launch of Zippy’s Friends in Latin America and continues to fund Zippy’s Friends and Apple’s Friends in China.
We are currently in the middle of a two year fundraising partnership with Wesleyan. Wesleyan is a nationwide mutual financial services provider working with doctors, dentists, teachers and lawyers. Wesleyan has a long history of corporate social responsibility and during the two year partnership they will be providing both financial support through an extensive programme of employee fundraising events and pro-bono advice to support our work with schools in the UK. Wesleyan support has allowed us to launch our programmes in Scotland. Information about how Wesleyan Employees have got involved in fundraising is on Just Giving.
We are also grateful to the following local businesses in Kingston upon Thames who have supported out work through a variety of fundraising and pro-bono support:
- John Lewis Partnership
- Las Iguanas
- The Entertainer
We are delighted to be a finalist for the 'Best Charity Award' in the Kingston Business Excellence Awards 2018.
Whatever the size of your organisation, we would love to work with you. Please contact us to discuss the opportunities we have.
