IMPORTANT: These teaching materials may only be used by school staff who have attended a Skills for Life [or Zippy's Friends/Apple's Friends/Passport/SPARK Resilience] training course. These documents or any portion may not be reproduced, relabelled, or used in any commercial manner whatsoever without the express written permission of Partnership for Children.
Acknowledgements
You will be assumed to have obtained permission from the owners of any desktop computer, mobile telephone or handheld devices that are controlled, but not owned, by you to download or stream a copy of the resources onto the device. You accept responsibility in accordance with the terms and conditions for the use of the resources on or in relation to any device, whether or not it is owned by you.
Grant and scope
1.1 Partnership for Children makes available the online resources and digital downloads to those trained in The Skills for Life programmes who have purchased access through the annual subscription
1.2 The log in details you have been provided with will not be shared with anyone
1.3 You may access or download the resources for your private purposes only onto an unlimited number of devices owned or controlled by you, and to view, use and display on the devices for your personal use only
1.4 In accordance with our Copyright, you will not redistribute or make available any resources on the online platform and you understand that any resources you have downloaded or accessed are for your personal use only
1.5 Your IP addressed is monitored through the platform to ensure acceptable and fair use – any breaches of the acceptable use will result in termination of subscription
1.6 Your subscription is linked to your school/organisation, if your circumstance change please inform us.
Acceptable Use Policy
2.1 Any resources accessed downloaded may not be shared or otherwise hosted on any networked system.
Resources are for the single and sole use of the person accessing them and any replication or sharing of
resources (without written permission of the CEO) will result in Partnership for Children taking action to
protect its rights
2.2 You may not use your account to access, download, stream and print the resources for anyone else
2.3 Partnership for Children does not allow volume printing arrangements of resources
2.4 You can make copies of the resources as is reasonably necessary for its lawful use
Copyright
3.1 You acknowledge that Partnership for Children retains the copyright of the Skills for Life programme materials
3.2 You acknowledge that all content remains the property of Partnership for Children at all times
3.3 You understand that no materials will be reproduced without Partnership for Children’s written consent and will ensure that all such copies embody the same copyright and proprietary notices as appears on the original
3.4 You understand that you cannot use any version of the programme or materials to devise new or alternative training courses or programmes
3.5 You understand that you cannot sell, rent, lease, loan, translate, merge, adapt, vary or modify any of the resources without Partnership for Children’s written consent
