SPARK Resilience: Information session for secondary schools

Join us to explore the SPARK Resilience programme and the fully funded training and resources available for secondary schools in 2026.

Thanks to generous funding from The Pixel Fund, we are able to offer fully funded training and resources for secondary schools to deliver the SPARK Resilience programme in 2026.

SPARK Resilience is an 11-session programme for 10–12 year olds at the start of secondary school. Drawing on mindfulness, positive psychology and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), it helps pupils build strengths, manage strong emotions, and develop positive thinking habits. Evidence shows SPARK Resilience can boost resilience and support mental wellbeing.

Join this short online information session to:

  • Discover how SPARK Resilience helps pupils develop social and emotional skills
  • See how the programme can contribute to a whole-school approach to mental health and wellbeing
  • Understand the theory and evidence underpinning SPARK Resilience
  • Get your questions answered about delivering SPARK Resilience in your school
