Dealing with Anger activities
Anger can be a difficult feeling for children and adults to deal with. These activities help children to understand anger, come up with ideas to calm down and think of solutions to make themselves feel better.
- It’s hard to think of good solutions when we’re angry. Give children time and space to calm down before trying to find a solution
- Teach your child the four steps of conflict resolution – calm down, understand the problem, think of possible solutions, choose the best one.
